Terms of service
REBELLE — TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Rebelle (“Rebelle”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Rebelle website, digital products and related resources.
Rebelle provides digital educational products, including reselling guides, supplier lists, recommendations and related resources intended to help customers learn about online reselling and e-commerce.
By accessing our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not purchase or use our products.
2. Digital Products and Delivery
All products sold through Rebelle are digital products delivered electronically. Products may include downloadable guides, supplier lists, educational materials, recommendations, links and other digital resources.
Delivery is generally provided immediately after successful payment through a download link, website access, email or another electronic method specified at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and ensuring that your device, software and internet connection can access the purchased content.
If a download is corrupted, an access link does not work or a technical issue prevents you from accessing a purchased product, please contact us through our website's contact page so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
3. Refunds and Cancellation Policy
All purchases are intended to be final and non-refundable once digital content has been delivered or access has been provided, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or expressly offered by Rebelle.
Because our products are digital, they cannot be physically returned in the same way as tangible goods.
Where required by law, customers purchasing digital content will be asked to provide express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the applicable loss of their statutory cancellation right before delivery begins.
Nothing in this policy removes your statutory rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming digital content, or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If you experience a genuine technical issue or believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us through the website's contact page. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where required.
Payments already made are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise or we expressly agree to a refund.
4. Licence and Acceptable Use
Purchases grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the purchased digital content for your own personal educational purposes.
Unless we give you written permission, you must not:
-
Resell, redistribute, sublicense or commercially share our digital products.
-
Share purchased files, download links, login details or private resources with other people.
-
Publish, upload or reproduce our content on websites, social media, marketplaces or file-sharing platforms.
-
Copy or reproduce substantial portions of our materials for distribution.
-
Claim our original content as your own or use it to create unauthorised competing products.
Unauthorised sharing, redistribution, resale or misuse may result in the suspension or revocation of access, subject to applicable law. Such action does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
All intellectual property rights in Rebelle's original materials remain with their respective owners.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment was made incorrectly or you have not received the product purchased, please contact us through our website's contact page so that we can investigate.
Where a customer disputes a payment or initiates a chargeback for digital content that has been delivered, Rebelle may provide relevant evidence to the payment processor or financial institution, including transaction records, delivery records, access logs where available, and the applicable purchase terms.
Where permitted by the relevant payment provider's rules and applicable law, we may suspend access to disputed products while the matter is investigated.
Nothing in this section prevents customers from exercising legitimate payment dispute rights or other rights available under applicable law.
6. Educational Purpose and No Financial Advice
All Rebelle products are provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
Our guides, supplier lists, reselling methods, product recommendations and other resources are intended to help customers understand aspects of reselling and e-commerce. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advice.
Rebelle does not guarantee that any product, supplier, method, recommendation or business strategy will generate sales, revenue or profit.
Any examples of sales, earnings, margins, business performance or potential opportunities are illustrative only and should not be treated as promises or guarantees of future results.
Your results depend on numerous factors, including your experience, effort, business decisions, marketing, expenses, competition, customer demand, supplier performance and market conditions.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the information provided and deciding whether or how to act on it.
You are responsible for your own business decisions and the profits, losses, costs and other outcomes arising from your actions, subject to applicable law.
Purchasing or using a Rebelle product does not establish any promise of success or entitlement to a particular financial result.
7. Supplier Information, Recommendations and Price Changes
Rebelle may provide supplier lists, product recommendations, sourcing information, example deals, pricing information and links to third-party suppliers or marketplaces.
This information is provided as a recommendation or educational resource only. It is not a guarantee that a product will be profitable, available, authentic, suitable for resale or offered at a particular price.
Supplier prices, shipping fees, stock levels, product specifications, minimum order quantities, availability and terms may change at any time without notice.
Rebelle is not responsible for changes to third-party supplier prices, costs, stock availability or commercial terms. Prices displayed in our resources may differ from the prices currently offered by a supplier.
You are responsible for independently verifying current prices, delivery costs, product details, supplier reliability and any other information before placing an order or making a business decision.
We do not guarantee that any supplier or deal listed in our resources will remain available or commercially viable.
8. Third-Party Websites, Brands and Services
Our products and website may reference third-party suppliers, brands, marketplaces, websites, software or other services.
Those third parties retain ownership of their respective names, trademarks, products and intellectual property.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Rebelle is independent of these third parties and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially associated with them.
We do not control third-party websites, policies, pricing, products, services or business practices. Your dealings with third parties are at your own discretion and are subject to their applicable terms and policies.
Rebelle is not responsible for third-party actions or failures except to the extent that applicable law makes us responsible.
9. Information Accuracy and Changes
We aim to provide useful and accurate educational resources. However, we do not guarantee that every piece of information, recommendation, supplier listing, product description, price, link or example will always be accurate, complete or up to date.
Information obtained from third parties may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed or outdated.
Prices, product descriptions, supplier details and availability information may change without notice. We are not responsible for errors originating from third-party sources, subject to any legal obligations that apply to us.
You should independently verify important information before relying on it or making a purchase, investment or business decision.
We may correct errors, update our resources or modify website content when necessary.
10. Use at Your Own Risk
You use Rebelle's digital products and recommendations at your own discretion and risk.
You are responsible for deciding whether the information is appropriate for your circumstances and for independently checking any supplier, product, method or opportunity before acting on it.
Rebelle does not guarantee the suitability, profitability, accuracy or commercial success of any recommendation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rebelle is not responsible for losses resulting from a customer's independent business decisions or reliance on recommendations, including supplier costs, inventory expenses, advertising expenses or other business costs, except where such losses arise from circumstances for which Rebelle is legally responsible.
11. No Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Our digital products and recommendations are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not warrant that the products will be error-free, uninterrupted, suitable for every purpose or capable of producing a particular business result.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rebelle will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of anticipated revenue, loss of business opportunities or loss of funds arising from the use of our products.
Where legally permissible, our total liability for a claim directly relating to a particular digital product will be limited to the amount paid for that product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable statutory consumer rights, liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.
12. Supplier Problems, Store Suspensions and Business Risks
Reselling and e-commerce involve risks outside Rebelle's control.
These may include supplier cancellations, shipping delays, product defects, stock shortages, marketplace policy changes, payment processor restrictions, store suspensions, account restrictions, advertising account closures and customer disputes.
You are responsible for understanding and complying with the rules of any marketplace, supplier, payment processor, advertising service or other platform you use.
You must independently assess the risks associated with your business model and the suppliers or platforms you choose.
Rebelle does not guarantee that using our educational resources will prevent account restrictions, supplier issues or other business difficulties.
To the extent permitted by law, Rebelle is not responsible for losses caused by independent suppliers, marketplaces or other third parties, except where applicable law makes us responsible.
13. Intellectual Property
All original content published by Rebelle, including guides, written materials, designs, branding, supplier compilations and other resources, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property to you. You receive only the limited licence described in these Terms.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, resale or publication of our protected materials may result in legal action where appropriate.
You remain responsible for ensuring that any independent use of third-party content complies with the rights and conditions applicable to that content.
14. Age Requirement
You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement to purchase products from Rebelle.
If you are under 18, you may purchase or use our products only where permitted by applicable law and with the required involvement, consent or authorisation of a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions where permitted by law if eligibility requirements are not met.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, business practices or legal obligations.
The current version will be published on this page with its latest revision date.
Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the website after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent recognised under applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom jurisdiction applicable to the agreement, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
Nothing in this section removes any rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence or limits any applicable right to bring proceedings before a competent court.
17. Contact Information
